Dear freinds,

I search for a scanner which has an accessory for scanning color
liquids such as dye solvents or paint maybe has a special cell for
this purpose. Is there any one who hears about that and has any
suggestion?

Another thing, I also search for a professional scanner with high dpi
for color imaging and image processing issues, do you have any
recommendation?

Most laboratory spectros are designed to scan liquids. They are pricey
though, so you may want to look for a used or reconditioned one on eBay or
craigslist, or from a company specializing in reselling lab equipment.

These folks have one for $6900 USD.

They don't say whether that includes super saver shipping or not.

Desktop USB scanners just keep getting better and better. Pick a price and
find one that covers the exact features you need - transparency mode, auto
feed, etc. Don't count on a flatbed scanning slides - for that get a
dedicated slide scanner with digital ICE - again eBay has deals.
